    CNET Review

    October 13, 2006

The Good: The Bose stereo on the 2007 Mazda CX-7 delivers good audio quality and a detailed display for MP3 CDs. The navigation system is easy to use and includes voice commands. Handling on the all-wheel-drive version feels very solid.

The Bad: The stereo lacks an input for MP3 players, and Bluetooth cell phone integration isn't an option. Fuel economy seems low, considering the size of the engine.

The Bottom Line: Although we really liked the 2007 Mazda CX-7 during our test period, it wasn't outstanding in any particular way. It came equipped with a good stereo system and good navigation, and proved practical for getting around, and even fun to drive at times.
