Reviews of the T-Mobile MDA
-
CNET Review
The Good: The T-Mobile MDA is fully stocked with a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and EDGE support. It also has a 1.3-megapixel camera, Windows Mobile 5, and a Mini SD expansion slot.
The Bad: Unfortunately, the T-Mobile MDA's keypad suffers from poor backlighting and lacks dedicated numeric keys. The MDA's camera also produces so-so images, and the phone doesn't ship with a Mini SD card.
The Bottom Line: Hobbled by a poorly designed QWERTY keypad and sometimes sluggish performance, the Wi-Fi and EDGE-enabled T-Mobile MDA makes for an enticing but ultimately mediocre addition to T-Mobile's smart-phone lineup.

Review Summary: The MDA fills a void in T-Mobile's phone line-up, if you're looking for a device that can do more than a Sidekick or a standard cell phone. But its quirks prevent us from heartily recommending it

Review Summary: T-Mobile's MDA is a Windows Mobile 5.0 based PDA phone that seems to offer everything. You get WiFi, Bluetooth, and quad-band GSM/EDGE support as well. There is even a slide-away QWERTY keyboard to ease messaging needs.
