The Good: The 2006 Lincoln Zephyr features an exceptional THX audio system, along with a usable navigation system. The cabin's luxury feel is complemented by a smooth ride. The low base price is also welcome for a car of this caliber.
The Bad: The 2006 Lincoln Zephyr's V-6 engine is adequate and quiet around town but noisy and underpowered when merging in traffic, and there is no manual-shift capability to improve performance. Bluetooth and satellite radio are not available.
The Bottom Line: Suspension, handling, a stereo system, and cabin materials combine to give the 2006 Lincoln Zephyr a touch of very affordable class. The six-speed transmission helps too, but it's not enough to make up for the deficiencies of the less-refined V-6.
