Reviews of the iLuv i1055 (black)

CNET Review
The Good: This tablet-style, portable DVD player incorporates a video iPod dock that allows you to play iPod videos on a 7-inch screen. In addition, the iLuv i1055 comes with a decent set of accessories, shipping with AV cables, a carrying case, headphones, a car charger, and a strap to secure the player to the back of a car headrest. It can also work as a video monitor.
The Bad: The player is bulky, and you can't control iPod playback using the remote or the buttons on the front of the iLuv. The rechargeable battery isn't replaceable.
The Bottom Line: If you don't mind its bulk and the tablet form, the jWin iLuv i1055 is a decent combo device for playing DVDs or iPod videos while you're on the go.
