    The Good: Built-in keyboard; tons of features; infinitely customizable if you're comfortable with a command-line prompt.

    The Bad: Tiny onscreen buttons; requires considerable technical know-how to use many features; no Mac support; software to sync with Linux desktops not included.

    The Bottom Line: While true geeks will love the Zaurus, most users will find Pocket PC and Palm devices easier to live with.
