Reviews of the Altec Lansing inMotion iM510 speakers for SanDisk Sansa
-
CNET Review
The Good: The Altec Lansing inMotion iM510 is the first portable speaker set designed for the Sansa e200 and c200 series; has excellent sound quality for the size; operates on batteries (with good battery life); compact design; USB pass-through for syncing; recharges the Sansa; line-in port for other audio devices.
The Bad: The iM510's volume buttons don't offer enough feedback; dock pops out too easily; no constant line-level audio from player to speaker; annoying spacer adapter; no remote control; inappropriate for viewing video; volume jumps to high default level when powered on.
The Bottom Line: The Altec Lansing inMotion iM510s offer sweet sound in a portable package for Sansa users.
