The Good: CA eTrust Internet Security Suite R2 offers an improved interface, new e-mail search and antiphishing features, and fast virus scans.
The Bad: eTrust includes expensive yet mediocre tech support; and if you don't install the secondary Blue Coat K9 Web Protection Parental Controls application, you may be exposed to more adware and spyware.
The Bottom Line: CA eTrust Internet Security Suite R2 may be packed with more PC protection tools than McAfee or Norton, and its revamped interface is easy to use, but its tech support is substandard for a major security vendor.
