    The Good: Relatively inexpensive; includes HDTV tuner; ample connectivity with HDMI, DVI/HDCP, and VGA inputs; adjustable backlight; attractive design.

    The Bad: Very blue color temperature that can't be adjusted; limited aspect-ratio control; subpar depth of black.

    The Bottom Line: A low price, attractive looks, and good connectivity aren't enough to offset the Westinghouse LTV-32W3's image-quality shortcomings.
