The Bad: Black levels not quite as deep as those of the best plasmas; confusing picture mode arrangement; red coloring may not appeal to everyone.
The Bottom Line: Although its black levels aren't the deepest, accurate color and a red frame still distinguish the Samsung PN50A650 from the pack.
