The Good: The Alpine PND-K3 offers a nice user interface and has text-to-speech functionality and advanced lane guidance. The in-car GPS also features integrated Bluetooth.
The Bad: The K3 is expensive, and battery life is poor. We didn't always find route recalculations to be the most efficient.
The Bottom Line: With the new interface and additional navigation features, the Alpine PND-K3 is an improvement over the company's previous in-car GPS, but the expensive price tag is a turn-off, especially when you can get more for less.
