The Good: Very light for a 14-inch laptop; strong mix of components including current Core 2 Duo processor; business-friendly security features; decent battery life.

The Bad: More expensive than similarly configured systems.

The Bottom Line: If weight is a primary concern, and a 12-inch ultraportable is too small, the Fujitsu LifeBook S6510 offers a 14-inch screen and a 4-pound weight along with high-end components and business-friendly extras.
