Yamaha RX-V757
Editors' rating
Very good
7.4
out of 10
- The good: Seven 100-watt channels; XM satellite radio ready; autosetup feature; extra front Presence channels; two component-video inputs; upconverts composite and S-Video to component; turntable input; A/B-speaker switching.
- The bad: The improved autosetup feature still isn't as good as Pioneer's.
- The bottom line: Yamaha's RX-V757 is an impressive mix of great sound, easy setup, abundant connectivity, and XM satellite radio compatibility.
