My kids jump at any chance to dress up their computers for holidays. So what better time than Turkey Day to turn their PCs into loudly clucking, Puritan-displaying, food-guzzling machines?

And where else to find computer dress-ups than ZDNet Downloads? I've found three great pieces of software for you so you can turn your computer into a Turkey Day celebration.

The Guillotine Gobble Screensaver shows a turkey flying and then landing on a guillotine platform. After exploring the area in search of food, the inquisitive bird eventually puts his neck into the guillotine's block. (Shareware/Win95-98-NT) Click for more.

ZDNet's Thanksgiving Animated Gif Pack is a free collection of more than 60 animated .gif images that capture the spirit of Thanksgiving. Have a blast with the screensavers, themes and icons, kids. Just remember, don't get turkey grease all over the keyboards after the holiday meal.
