Reviews of the Peony Media Bluetooth MP3 Headphone
-
CNET Review
The Good: The Peony Bluetooth MP3 is an affordable multipurpose, two-way Bluetooth MP3 headset; plays MP3s, WMAs, and FM radio; has decent sound with strong bass response.
The Bad: The Peony Bluetooth MP3 headset has very limited cell phone compatibility; no internal memory; glacially slow USB 1.1 file transfers; and short battery life. Plus, the headphones wouldn't connect to our test PCs via Bluetooth; are not compatible with DRM WMA files; and don't support ID3 tags or fit well enough for exercise applications. Finally, the included memory card has only a 64MB capacity.
The Bottom Line: The Peony Bluetooth MP3 Headphone looks great on paper but falls short in practice. If you're looking for a stereo Bluetooth headset that works with both your MP3 player and your cell phone, consider the Plantronics Pulsar 590A instead.
